PROMO
This is where Elon Musk is housing an AI technology that Jeff Brown believes will help power the next monster IPO on Wall Street.
You see, while everyone was distracted by the SpaceX IPO…
Elon Musk quietly started backing a NEW AI startup that has been called…
"The fastest-growing business in the history of capitalism."
And Jeff will also show you how to claim a stake for as little as $50.
LOSS OF THE DAY 🏆
Every day we crown one person who made the single worst financial decision on the internet.
Today's winner joined a paid Telegram "signal group." $199 a month. The pitch was a 95% win rate, verified.
Here's the setup.
The group sent a signal on EUR/USD. The admin called it "the trade of the year." A guaranteed reversal, he said, and he was already collecting a monthly fee for saying things like that with confidence.
u/pipboy_supreme took the signal at face value. Not a scaled entry. Not a stop loss.
He put his entire account on 50x leverage, long, off a single message from a stranger he was already paying to trust.
EUR/USD moved 0.4% the wrong way. At 50x, that is the whole account.
The position was liquidated in 19 minutes.

The top comment was six words: "A 95% win rate means nothing at 50x."
One bad call at that leverage erases forty good ones. The math doesn't care how the group's track record reads.
He replied that he understood the distinction now, then resubscribed anyway.
$224,750 is a specific price for not acting on that understanding.
| 🧠 What does 50x leverage actually mean? At 50x leverage, your position size is 50 times your account balance. A 2% move against you wipes out the entire account — that's the standard math. In practice, brokers often liquidate before that full 2% is reached, once your margin can no longer cover the open loss, which is why this account was gone at a 0.4% move rather than a 2% one. There is no track record, verified or otherwise, that makes 50x leverage a "guaranteed" trade. The leverage multiplies the outcome of the signal, not the accuracy of it. |

TODAY'S CASUALTIES 💀
Not everybody can be Loss of the Day. But these three gave it a real shot. Let's run through the tape.
Casualty #1: The Car Down Payment That Became a JPEG
u/jpeg_millionaire was saving for a used Honda. $18,340 set aside for the down payment.
An anonymous team launched a new PFP collection. One-slide roadmap, no working website yet, mint priced at 2 ETH.
He minted 12 of them. The entire car fund, all at once.
He spent the entire down payment fund on a JPEG collection from a team that had not shown its face.
Seventy-two hours later, the team unstaked their own treasury wallet and went quiet. The Discord is still active. Nobody from the team has posted since.
He's currently taking the bus.

Casualty #2: The "Safest Bet of the Year"
u/certainty_merchant found a prediction market trading at 97 cents on the dollar. He called it a lock.
If it's really that safe, the market is only offering 3 cents of profit for 97 cents of risk. He didn't ask why. He put in $41,225.
He called a market pricing in 97% certainty "the safest bet of the year," one hour before new information flipped it.
The outcome reversed in the final hour before resolution. The contract resolved NO.
His $41,225 position went to $0.

Casualty #3: The Paid Pump Tweet Believer
u/rocketstock_ronnie follows a finance influencer with 400,000 followers. The influencer posted about a micro-cap ticker, $BOOM, calling a reverse split and a "major catalyst."
The post never disclosed it was a paid partnership. It was one.
He put $67,900 into a stock because of an unlabeled paid promotion.
He bought in at $2.40 a share. The stock was halted for volatility the next morning and reopened down 89%. A delisting notice followed the same afternoon.
He sold for $60,431 less than he paid. The influencer deleted the original post.

TODAY BY THE NUMBERS 📊
We track the data because the data is funnier than anything we could make up.
|
|
||
|
|
The word "guaranteed" remains the single best predictor of a total loss. We've tracked it for months. The more certain someone sounds going into a trade, the harder they fall coming out of it.

BITE-SIZED COPIUM FOR THE ROAD 🍩
The best part of any loss thread isn't the screenshot. It's the comments.
Here are today's greatest hits.
| • | “At least it wasn't leveraged.” It was 50x leveraged. That was the entire post. — u/readingcomprehension_zero |
| • | “I'm taking the bus now, but the JPEG still looks cool.” — u/jpeg_millionaire, replying to himself |
| • | “97% odds is basically 100%.” It is not. That 3% has a name, and the name is you. — u/statistics_hater |
| • | “The influencer apologized, so it's fine now.” Narrator: the $67,900 did not come back. — u/forgiveness_over_refunds |
Translation: four separate people trusted someone else's certainty instead of checking the math themselves. The math didn't care whose certainty it was.

DUMB MEMES 🤣
Because the market already took everything else. Ours hits differently 19 minutes after a liquidation notice.

If you laughed, you understand the difference between confidence and certainty.
If you winced, you have ever trusted a stranger's math more than your own.
Have a good weekend. Your account is still yours. That's already ahead of today's field.
